My name is Mrs Anna Baldini.

I have been teaching at Bilton Grange since 2003, mainly working in Year 3/4, and I served as Lower Junior Leader for several years. In 2020, I took on the role of Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) after completing the National SENCO Award. I now work as Inclusion Leader, teaching in the POD, our dedicated space for children with specific SEN, and coordinating our SEND provision across the school.

I have a long standing interest in working with young people with Special Educational Needs, working with young adults with additional needs before completing my Psychology degree and then qualifying as a teacher. I have worked with children and young adults with additional needs as a Special Needs assistant in a range of settings including primary, secondary and post 16 education before joining the Bilton Grange team.

We can provide better support for the children in our care when we work closely with parents, as you are the ones who know your children best. Any changes or concerns about your child’s needs should be discussed with their class teacher in the first instance, however, I am always happy to offer my support where needed. If your child is added to our Special Needs register, then I will be more regularly involved in their support in school.

If you have concerns regarding your child, or would like to speak to me about the support that we can offer, please feel free to contact me by phone on 01423 502375, or email the school office at biltongrange@ycatschools.co.uk .
